Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of Kaptor (the "Service"), available at app.gokaptor.com and published by the operator of gokaptor.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. For any questions: contact@gokaptor.com.
Description of the Service
Kaptor is an acquisition platform for businesses: online visibility (directories, business listing, showcase website), prospect discovery and qualification, and B2B outreach emails, all within a multi-tenant dashboard.
The Service is provided "as is" and evolves regularly; some features may depend on third-party services.
Account and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to have been taken by you.
You must have the legal capacity to bind the business you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service professionally, lawfully, and in good faith. The following are notably prohibited: sending illegal, misleading, or abusive content; prospecting individuals outside a B2B context; circumventing unsubscribe requests; and any attempt to compromise the security or availability of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, your prospect lists, and compliance with the laws applicable to your outreach activities (consent, opt-out, mandatory notices).
Connections to third-party services (Gmail, Google, etc.)
If you connect your own sending mailbox (SMTP or Gmail / Google Workspace via OAuth), you authorize us to send, on your behalf and at your initiative, the emails you compose within the Service. Gmail access is strictly limited to sending (no reading, modifying, or deleting your messages).
This use complies with the relevant providers' policies (including the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements). You may revoke the connection at any time from the Settings page.
Intellectual property
The Service, its brand, and its components remain the property of their publisher. You retain ownership of the content you enter; you grant us the right to host and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Pricing and billing
Paid features are offered by subscription, billed via Stripe according to the plan chosen. Amounts are shown exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Except where required by mandatory law, amounts paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis in the event of termination during a billing period.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and security of the Service, without guaranteeing an absence of interruptions or any commercial outcome (number of prospects, response rate, deliverability).
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, and capped at the amounts you paid over the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or use that jeopardizes the security, legality, or shared sending reputation of the Service.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the last update appears above. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before taking any action; failing that, the applicable law and competent jurisdiction are those of the publisher's registered office.
